How a delivery works

The webhook delivers a link, not the file. Return 200 immediately, then fetch the MP4 as background work.

The exchange

1. 1Spectatr.ai posts {nonce, payload} to your endpoint.
2. 2Your endpoint returns 200 OK, under 10 seconds.
3. 3You GET the s3url from the media CDN.
4. 4The media CDN returns the MP4 bytes.

Steps 1 and 2 are inside the request. Steps 3 and 4 are background work.
